Introduction

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

By completing a purchase on this website, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service in their entirety.

Age Requirement

Free Services

The following services are provided free of charge:

  • Articles and educational content

Paid Products

We offer practical guides and video courses ("Products") for purchase. By purchasing a Product, you agree to the following terms:

  • Products are delivered digitally and accessible immediately after payment
  • All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes (via Stripe Tax)

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and French law (Code de la consommation Art. L.221-18), EU consumers have a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Important — Exception for digital content

You expressly waive your right of withdrawal once you have begun accessing the digital content (video, guide). By clicking "Start" or "Access content", you acknowledge having given this express consent (Art. L.221-28 13° Code de la consommation).

To exercise your right of withdrawal before accessing the content, contact us within 14 days via our contact page.

Outside the statutory 14-day period, or after accessing the content, we apply our commercial refund policy: refund possible within 48 hours of purchase if less than 30% of the content has been viewed.

Usage Restrictions

Purchased products and paid tool access are strictly personal and non-transferable:

  • Sharing your account or access with third parties is prohibited
  • Content may only be accessed from a maximum of 5 different IP addresses
  • We reserve the right to suspend access if sharing is suspected

Access suspension due to suspected sharing does not entitle you to a refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to articles, videos, graphics, and code examples, is protected by copyright. All rights reserved.

  • Reproduction, distribution, or modification of content is strictly prohibited
  • Downloading or copying content for redistribution is not permitted
  • If you reuse data or figures from my studies, please credit my name as a source or include a link back to my site.

Limitation of Liability

The webmaster cannot be held responsible for:

  • Technical issues, interruptions, or unavailability of the website or tools
  • Advertising performance or business impact resulting from advice, tools, or content provided
  • Any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services

In any event, our total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, government actions, power failures, internet or telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. For significant changes affecting your rights, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by French law.

EU consumer protection reserve clause

If you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Union, you retain the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence, pursuant to Art. 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I) and Art. 17-19 of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 (Brussels Ia). In that case, you may bring proceedings either before the courts of your country of residence or before the competent French courts.
